I have had a look, and I found the 1st link under the Authors profile in the Combine Editions screen and I have combined them. If you look now you will see an entry with only "Old Filth" and no binding - this is your one that needs to be deleted. Ill leave you to delete this

1)The ISBN belongs to the Ebook and author has set the entry as Paperback/ebook - there are already Kindle and paperback versions.
But on second thoughts I m going to change this one to the Ebook version which gets around the deletion
