Both of these work for the two book option.
on the second book I would say it more works for option 5 and 3. not sure how much Lincoln is in the book or if its after he is assinated. thanks

The first one works for sure for both options.
the second one was originally published in April so no would not work.
the third one hard to say. the color option works but it was first published in 1878 and I am not sure what month it was published in.

I think 2003 was the first published, I googled it and it's all I could find. The Devil's Star was translated in 2005.
