I work for a library and we do happen to have that book on most of the shelves in most of the libraries. I don't see how people could object to a book that is based on a true story. Talk about closed-minded. I have read the book, and it is very cute and low key. It is not like they are pushing for homosexuality. They are just writing a story about it.
