I loved Dirty Dancing and Ghost also. Seen other movies but those two are my faves. Sad to see him gone. Rest in peace!
I'm reading a historical romance, sort of a romantic comedy that has a ghost. The Wedding Ghost by Cindy Holbrook. Its light-hearted and witty.

It been years but yes, I actually did. I found it interesting how some famous people met their demise.
I really don't have 10 that I think would qualify but I do have a few...
1. They Went That-A-Way How the Famous, the Infamous, and the Great Died Malcolm Forbes
2. How to Be a Villain Evil Laughs, Secret Lairs, Master Plans, and More!!! Neil Zawacki
3. Imponderables The Solution to the Mysteries of Everyday Life David Feldman
4. The Book of Questions Gregory Stock
I'm a mood reader. When I travel I never know what I may be in the mood for so I often grab more books than I could possibly read. And I will often grab a keeper book to reread in case I grab some duds. I've even been know to grab some magazines to read.

their not... its just what they want u to believe. btw most ppl believe the post office is part of the govt. but its not. its privately owned and the top management wants to cut jobs so they can have more money.

I understand why, but it stinks!"
yep it does. my hubby is semi-retired and works as a sub rural carrier on Saturdays and that would take away income :)
I tried Shelfari and enjoyed the look but got bored. Maybe I didn't join the right groups or something but not much was going on. I cancelled it after I got established here and found GR to be more interesting for my tastes

I'm NOT a fashion designer so don't laugh. I tend to be conservative.
I've been known to play games on POGO or jewel quest on IWIN.
watch vids on youtube.
I like scrapbooking but haven't done much since I started reading again.
That Looklet site might be something cool for my daughter and me to do together :)

That was the first full length romance novel I ever read and still have a copy to reread sometimes.
I too prefer the erotic romance over erotica. I need that romantic element to satisfy me. There are many mainstream authors who are borderline erotic in my opinion.
I really haven't seen much lately except family type movies we can watch as a family so most of mine will be older.
Idependence Day
Down Periscope
Pirates of the Carribean (2nd 2 were alright but not as good as the 1st IMHO
Grease
Dirty Dancing
Men In Black
The Fugitive
Star Wars (Original trilogy)
Mclintock
My Fair Lady
50 First Dates
Ghost
Man in the Iron Mask
Three Musketeers
Robin Hood (like the Errol Fynn and Kevin Costner version)
Paint Your Wagon
While You Were Sleeping
Ladyhawke
Maverick
I also LOVE the old romantic comedies from the 30s and 40s and even the 50s. I also love the older Disney animated movies.
anyways I named a few (hehe)
I'd want my character to be a more serious type. Quiet and watchful and protective. Definitely can kick if necessary but hates violence. But she can be fun too. Powers I'd want are power of persuasion, maybe read minds, detect evil. Time period - I don't really care but I do love modern conveniences :)
