20786 Just starting Rumors by Anna Godbersen, second book in the Luxe series. Pretty good so far.

20786 I just started Rumors by Anna Godbersen. The first book in this series (The Luxe) was recommended to me by Shanna several months back and I really enjoyed it. This is the second book, out of 4 total for the series.

20786 Did Catherine Crawfield make a good character? Yes, I loved Cat.

Do you think you would recommend this book to others? Definitely.

Would you change anything? No, but the ending did take me by surprise.

Would you read other books by Jeaniene Frost? Yes. I can't wait to get started on the next one.

What did you think of Bones? I too, fell in love with Bones.

Are you going to read the rest of the series? Yes.

How long did it take you to get into the book? I was trapped from the very beginning. Although, as I'm a slow reader, it took me a couple of days to finish it.

I really enjoyed this book.

20786 For me it's two things:

1) Read more classics
2) Read at least 100 books in 2010

20786 Something just happens when I walk by a book store. I think it's an "unknown" force dragging me in the store...LOL

20786 I'm reading Lover Eternal by J.R. Ward, and it is absolutely fantastic!

Great to know, Joy. I've already got Lover Eternal selected to read for part of my November challenge in Romance Readers Challenge Group.

I like this one so far. I'm only about a quater of the way thru it, so still at the beginning.

20786 Thank you, Joy. I may just go ahead and read "Halfway to the Grave". It's on my TBR pile anyway, and is the first in a series. I'm just so OC about reading everything in order...a habit I'm trying to break.

Thanks for the help.

I know what you mean on this Elvia. I'm in the middle of about 24 different ones right now. I know...this is obviously crazy and way out of control.

I finally had to create a new bookshelf, "Next Up In Series", so that I could figure out what I needed to read next.

I swore I would not start another series until I had finished quite a few of the others....however, today I started the "Black Daggar Brotherhood" series. I couldn't help it though. It's for my October Challenge, and nothing else in my other series would fit the category.

I've got a "series" problem....obviously! I need help.

20786 I just started Dark Lover by J.R. Ward...first in the Black Daggar Brotherhood series. I've been very anxious to start this series because of heard so much about it here on Goodreads. Should be a really good series.

20786 Hi Joy:

I have a question. I haven't read the first two books in this series. Do you think it is okay to go ahead and start with this one?
Sep 04, 2009 06:27AM

20786 I've never used it, but sounds like I should check it out. I'm sure there are some wonderful books I don't know about. I don't want to miss anything...LOL

This is a great site too, stormhawk. It's really neat.

Me too, Melissa. I found all these books to add to my list. Another "dangerous" site. Like I need help to add to my wish list and TBR pile...LOL

20786 Ya'll will think I'm crazy. I re-read a book when I can't remember anything about it. It's crazy I know. I see the book, recognize the title as one I've read, but can remember anything about it.
