Astrid-centric would be great. Maybe: Astrid and Walter Save the Day. With Flan.
Blackrose, oddly enough, I do find Olivia more interesting this season. Perhaps it was her situation with John that made me dislike her...
I totally watch it for the Peter/Walter dynamic. I never thought I'd like someone from Dawson's Creek! They play very well off one another.
I'm still waiting for little Astrid to get her own episode.
I like Deschanel, but I thought Tin Man was rather slow-moving and flat. Interesting ideas, nice overall visuals, but it lacked real punch. Plus, the villain (wasn't she in 90210?) didn't seem to get into her role. She didn't impress me at all.
Alice I'm keen to see. The cast, with Bates, Meaney, and Curry, sounds good. I've got hopes for it. We'll see if I regret that!
I was confused about where Leena ended up, too. I'm not sure. He strode out alone, yes? With his silly necklace still on.No one uses logic. LOL. I didn't really think about it, but you're quite right!
I think it might have been more a eureka moment too. But what would have tipped her off?
Oops, blackrose! Sorry about the Lena spoiler!
I was grasping at straws with the firebird suggestion, I know.
That end shot was strange. It's almost as though the entire place were deep underground, since you don't see any sky, but they never went downstairs to enter that white tunnel, did they? I dunno. It confused me though.
Claudia is in the process of running away! I wonder if she'll get a Pete-like vibe. And interesting that Fredericks seems to be a vibe person herself!
It may not be a new book, but I read Midnight Mass not too long ago and loved it. Especially in comparison to the fluffy, friendly vampires dominating the media today.
I liked his use of a modern-minded RC priest as hero. Unusual choice and I'd like to know what inspired it.
And are we ever going to see more of Fadda Joe?
I did NOT see the Lena thing coming!
Fredericks is turning around, so at least we know Mikah & Pete won't be stranded there for long.
I can't imagine Artie's dead...maybe he had the firebird in his pocket? ::fingers crossed::
So true, blackrose! It all flows much better now that the gang is more at ease with each other.
I cracked up when Claudia was stupid enough to put on that lab coat. I was tutting to myself as she climbed the support, thinking this'll all end in tears.
ajah, when I think "pip," it's synonymous with cheeky little devil. Which he was when he told Mykah he was crushing on her mom!
How does Mrs. Fredericks keep popping in and out! She's one creepy lady.
Tighe as dad, Irish lawyer dude whose name I've forgotten as the main diner interrogator...it's BSG all over the place!
I'm liking Mykah more now that she's becoming less hard-ass.
I was cracking up at sighing "depressed" Pete.
I love Claudia! What do you dislike about her, ajah?

I wasn't thrilled with the prison episode earlier, although maybe now we'll never again have to hear her called "Bunny."
And Henry was so very underused.
But Artie and Claudia were hilarious.
I didn't realize until I was watching a re-run of Bones last night that Pete played Sully!
blackrose, during the dream sequence all I could think was oh, my, those pants were tight!
And yes, cleanest goo-free sweat-free birth ever!
Jon, I got all upset when I had to watch Stark disintegrate all over again! ::sniffle::
I've given up wondering about her son! And now she'll be on maternity leave, so we still won't find out about him. Maybe the kid himself just isn't as available now and they'd rather not shop for a new actor?
I keep waiting to see lil Fargo on a date. There's a clip they keep showing of him making out and then saying "living life to the fullest?" Dunno what episode that's for, though there are only 2 left.
The long hair did suit Allison better. Actually, forget Allison's hair. Let's talk about Henry's! I totally forgot about the mock-dreads. Or were they braids?
And the scenes from season 1--Fargo looked about 12 for some reason!
I definitely need to rent the season 1 DVDs because those flashbacks made me realize how much I've forgotten.
And good for Carter, gettin' a lil action lately. I like Tess SO much better than the dry cleaner chick.
This week's show really felt a lot more like a season finale than a normal episode. But I'm glad that in 2 weeks, we get even more entertainment, and the return of Taggert. In the sneak peeks, I love Jack's face when he first greets him and gives him a big ol' hug. Awww.
All the flashbacks were so much fun to watch. Zoey was such a little punk! Fargo really has been at the center of A LOT of disasters. And Alison's hair! I think I preferred it poofy. I forgot that Allison and Carter actually had that much chemistry back in the day. And seeing the Stark flashbacks made me a lil sad and nostalgic for all the Carter/Stark bickering. Plus, he's a fine lookin' man.
"We're about to be vibrated to death and not in the good way."
For those of you who were griping about too many people having access to GD, I'm sure you just loved Zoey getting full run of the place! Why is it that the Carter family are the only truly dependable ones?
I dutifully found it hilarious that for once, Fargo DIDN'T want to push the button.
And what an adorable fat headed little baby! That's a bowling ball of a kid!
The entire town would fall to shambles if not for Henry! He's the only person who seems to understand the phrase "practical application."
I too felt so badly for Henry. It's so true that they've managed to surprise me with character deaths and plot twists. Even portraying Carter and Allison as a sort of missed opportunity turned friendship is actually very true to life, rather than them pushing them together.
My friend thought her husband and I were silly for being fans, until she watched the death o'Stark and was impressed at the gutsy-ness of offing a main character.
I'm liking Tess. It's too bad that she'll be leaving, based on what Jackie said. Their getting together does seem very sweet, in a good way.
Only three episodes left, and based on the commercial, they look good! Allison pops!
As for Henry and Kim, the one bright part is that it allowed Henry the goodbye he never had a chance to say. Even though it wasn't the real Kim, I could see that being cathartic in a way.
The Studio 54 disco ball has magic powers? Oh good heavens!
That could explain a lot actually...
Claudia dancing was so cute!
It's interesting that both Jo and Zane were in this episode. I wonder if they're dating in real life?
Pete the Ferret!
The image of Alice in the mirror was freaky. What a horrid little girl.
The actress that plays Mikah is so much better at being a psycho! She was so much more believable as a bloodthirsty bitch--by comparison, I guess she just doesn't handle uptight all that well.
As for the reconciliation, I don't think things are really resolved. Maybe he'll just try a little harder now. And like she said, she doesn't trust him, and yet she likes him, so I think that and her need for approval made it understandable that she'd give him the benefit of the doubt.
