I give another vote to Liza! She just did what she wanted to and then gave attitude to those who questioned it.

Just finished this book, and truthfully, I'm not a big fan of it. I thought it was lacking and bare. While some of you found the characters "charming", I found them really dull. The only two I really liked was the witch Liza, and 5yr old Scarlett. I don't know, I just didn't find the book too entertaining.

I left a book in a bumper car once. My mom had volunteered me to take my sister and her friends to the fair, so I figured I would bring a book to pass the time. Decided to go on the bumper cars right before we were going to leave, and the bumper cars had this shelf/compartment for belongings, which is where I left it. Didn't realize it until later that night. :(

I just watched the first 3 episodes on demand. I like it! I'll definitely be watching more.

Well, I gave it a good shot. I could not get into the book at all. I would read about 5 pages and then realize that my mind was wandering and I really didn't know what I had just read. Maybe I'll try again in the future, but for now this book is going back on the shelf.

I like runner-up polls too. Especially with so many nominations up.

I'm finishing up Orson Scott Card's Shadow of the Hegemon now. Not sure what I'll start on next.
