16821 I'm not sure how Sherlock Holmes will turn out as an action hero, but I guess that's where the $$$ is these days (at least with the majority of movie goers).

16821 Um, unless I'm going blind as well as deaf, I didn 't see any birthday wishes for Susie on October 31st. Sorry I missed it, but here's hoping it was the BEST!

16821 Well, not exactly. Actually, Susan found me while I was setting up my new booth in Sedona. After I managed to get my brain started and realized who she was (after she had introduced herself twice), we had a nice conversation. Also met her husband and traveling friends. I guess it's time to listen to Mrs Dan and get that hearing aid. (I think I was just mesmorized by that Alabama accent and the fact that such an attractive lady was talking to me).

I am heading to Sedona and the Grand Canyon Friday for a week. I'll try to stop in the mini-mall and check out your booth. Looks like the weather is going to coopera..."

Susan, it's called the Art Mart of Sedona and is located at 2081 W. Highway 89A. I'm setting up my booth this Sunday morning, so if you're up in the area next week, it's booth S64. And Marcy, the Art Mart is right in Sedona, and I think this will be a better fit for my work than the place I've been for the last 5 months (down here near Prescott).

It has been a while since we have "seen" you -- hope all is well - glad you are "back"!!

I've been semi-lurking, Ann. I've been very busy with my art booth at the mini-mall, but after this weekend I'm moving it up to Sedona. Not only is the Art Mart where my booth will be a better fit, I don't have to be there to man the booth so I should have more spare time. Thanks for noticing.

Maybe the "wit" just isn't up to par.

Oh please. Don't even try to pretend you wouldn't be completely bereft.

I can't argue with the truth.

No, Mel, I haven't. She didn't answer the last e-mail I sent her after we'd switched over to Goodreads and I didn't want to be a pest.

Glen Beck is an ultra-conservative talk radio host. To give you an idea, he's wearing a German army uniform on the cover of his book. My comment is not political; I just wanted to mention the extremely limited selection of what Costco perceives to be hot new books.
