Well it's been in pre-production for a while now. This means if they cannot find a studio to pick it up, it won't be made.

16527 I'm just outside of chicago. How funny, I've never heard of it. That'd be great to see. I saw the movie yesterday. There was an unbearably rowdy group of girls in Cloudy/Meatballs so we ended up in Whip it. It's was good. I think the book would be even better.

16527 The illustrations in the book were amazing! They could scare the crap out of most adults. I was a little discouraged that the film wasn't going to be a classic animation movie (how sick would that have been?!) But the 3D animation didn't let me down.

I still thought it was scary though, enough so that kids will lose some sleep ;]
