Bob Edwards Weekend (PRI)interviewed both U.S. Poet Laureate Charles Simic and poet/undertaker Thomas Lynch on this Sunday's show.

I'm sure ALL of YOU know this, but for some reason I just discovered that Charles Simic is the poet laureate of the U.S. I have a great college memory of a fall evening at a Decorah, Iowa park, Dunning's Spring, eating Halloween poetry and reading, among other things, poems by Simic. My favorite is The Garden of Earthly Delights!
