I just finished Joanna Carl's The Chocolate Cupid Killing. I enjoy the series. They are quick light reads.
Joanna Carl has a new book in her chocolate series coming out in October. The Chocolate Cupid Killings
Urban Fantasy is fantasy which is set in the real world as opposed to a made up world. Some titles would be:
Urban Shaman by C.E. Murphy
The Enchantment Emporium by Tanya Huff
Unshapley Things by Mark Del Franco
I'm reading Death, Lies and Apple Pies by Valerie Malmont. I thought it was the first book in the series but I found out it's the second.
I do buy some books that I can't find at the library. unfortunately I only have a limited amount of space for books.
I just started reading Laura Childs Death by Darjeeling. I've seen several people recommend it so
hopefully I'll like it and have a new author to read.
Recently I wanted to re-read a book that is out of print but when I tried to get it from the library I found that they no longer had many of the author's books. The librarian told me that when an author or series is out of print they no longer replace damaged books and sometimes discard older books that they feel don't circulate enough to make room for newer ones. Do any of you have favorite authors who's books have become hard to find?
Here are a few of mine:
Bil Know who also wrote as Noah Webster and Michael Kirk
Dell Shannon who also wrote as Lesley Egan and Elizabeth Linington
A.J. Orde
Have you read a series that you just love but never see mentioned in any of the discussions?

The Jason Lynx mysteries by A.J. Orde (Sheri Tepper). These are out of print but available used.
Jason is an interior designer who gets involved in solving muders. Sherri Tepper also wrote another series as B.J. Oliphant which I haven't read.
Melissa wrote: "haley wrote: "I haven't read either of those but I am liking the book so far. There isn't a real murder yet but situations that make it seem like there has been or will be revealed to be. It's not ..."
I've read some of the Hemlock Falls books and enjoyed them. I haven't found any of the later books in the used bookstore yet. I'm just starting Murder under a Mystic Moon - book 3 of Ysmin Galenorn's Chintz n China series

If you like Donna Ball you should check out Virginia Lanier. She wrote a series about a professional bloodhound trainer who searches for missing people in Georgia.
I also like the Thistle & Twigg series by Mary Saums
Jersey Barnes series by T Lynn Ocean (not sure if they qualify as cozies or mysteries but good)
Sullivan Investigations by Evelyn Davis
Berger and Mitry mysteries by David Handler
Martha's Vineyard Mysteries by Cynthia Riggs
I just finished Legend of the Jade Dragon by Yasmin Galenorn. It's the second in her China and Chintz series.
