On Friday, August 7th, I'll be holding an online book release party for my sweet medieval romance, Illuminations of the Heart. The Welcome begins at 9:30 AM PST, after which I will be giving away a prize every hour from 10 AM-5 PM, PST (with the final winner being announced at 6 PM, PST). I'm half-way through a re-reading of "Catherine, Called Birdy", a YA novel by Karen Cushman. It's probably been ten years since I've read it, but it's still both funny and touching. Definitely one of my "keepers".
