Hi,Some of my theoretical favorites include "Impossible Desires: Queer Diasporas and South Asian Public Cultures" by Gayatri Gopinath (really phenomenal), "Global Divas: Filipino Gay Men in the Diaspora" by Martin F Manalansan IV, (his work on language is particularly amazing) and "Queer Migrations: Sexuality, Citizenship, and U.S. Border Crossings" edited by Eithene Luibheid and Lionel Cantu Jr. (a well-rounded theoretical collection).
Two other amazing fantasy/speculative fiction Queer books I'd recommend are "Woman on the Edge of Time," by Marge Piercy and "The Fifth Sacred Thing" by Starhawk. Both have a strong political bent.
Daniel Heath Justice has written an amazing Queer fantasy trilogy, The Way of Thorn and Thunder, that is based in Cherokee cosmology and is a decolonial/anti-racist critique of a lot of the usual tropes of sci-fi/fantasy. The first two books are "Kynship" and "Wyrwood." The final installment, "Dreyd," will be out this fall. Highly, highly recommended.
