Week 15
Can't say Im losing weight but I m getting fitter and toning up!
Monday - Route 2 took 75mins
Tuesday - Route 1 = took 50 mins notice the difference walking up the hill when have not walked properly for a while
Wed - Route 1 - Up hill again took 50 mins
Week 14
Mon - Route 2 - took an hour - its getting lots easier
Walking partner on holiday - did not manage to get up to walk myself
Week 13
Mon - Route 2 - took 1 hour
Bitten by Horse fly on Sunday - leg swollen and sore
Fri - Route 2 took 1 hour

Week 12
On holiday this week so only walking Tues and Thurs
Tues - Raining did not walk
Thursday - Route 2 done in 65 mins
Week 11
Mon: Up at 0600- Route 1 - no stopping again done in 50 mins
Tues - Route 3 - still hate that hill - got lost in woods - ended up being 1 hour and 25mins and 9200 steps.
Wed - Did not walk - in a RTA tuesday night - so to sore and stiff
Thurs - Feeling better - but did not walk less stiff, plan to walk on Friday am
Fri - Route 1 - Walked up hill slower but no stopping - still hurt but not so much
Week 10
Been bad week - missed 2 days last week and 2 days this week + weekend oops. Went clothes shopping bought nothing - nothing fit !! after 10 weeks if I did not feel fitter and can actually breath and walk now I d stop, gotta join weight watchers
Monday - Holiday - did not walk
Tuesday - hurt neck - could not move
Wed - Walked route 2 in 1 hours 6500 steps
Thur - Route 1 in 50 mins
Fri - Route 1 in 45 mins
Sat - 40 min bike ride ( wow - I could cycle - the walking really does help you get fit :) used to cycle everywhere in my 20's when I lived in London and it started giving me that feel good feeling - still ways to go)
Week 9
Monday - Up at 0600 - Route 1 - walked up hill with out stopping again, although parts where very slow. Took 45 mins to walk - did 40 mins of WII
Tues - Up at 0600 - Route 2 - done in 1 hour - about 6500 steps and 40 mins of WII
Wed - Up at 0600 - Route 1 - walked up hill again with out stopping yeah!! walked in 45 mins
Thur - Missed today -
Fri - Missed today - walking partner had hangover!!
Week 8
Monday - up at 0600 - Route 2 - did this in 60 mins - easier than normal. Steps approx 7000
Tuesday - up at 0600 - Route 1 - approx 5000 steps done in 50 mins - 1 stop up hill (nearly did not stop :), thinking about going cycling tomorrow
Wed/Thurs - Not feeling well did not walk
Fri - Route 1 - done in 50 mins - NO STOPS up hill for the first time - celebrated with a few to many bottles of champagne since this was a fitness milestone :) hence the post at 00:12
Sat: Bought WII fit - spent 40 mins doing yoga and balancing - fun as well as cleaning the house
Thats why I don't weigh myself anymore I used to get more and more depressed so now I judge on my general feeling of wellbeing, ability to exercise and dress size. Plus muscle does weigh more than fat:)
Yeah we do it every year, the first monday after the 1st of may we serve tea, coffe, cream teas etc. Article from last years event

Week 7
Monday - Did not walk but waitressed in village hall for 8 hours for Mayday Fete
Tuesday - Route 1 - just under 50 mins, 1 stop further up hill, managed to talk on second half of hill
Wed - Route 2 - Took just under 1 hour - 6042 steps!!! its getting a lot easier to walk, going to start thinking seriously about starting running
Thursday - Route 1 - up at 0600 - walked about 4500 steps - stopped once up hill, but more difficult today
Friday - Route 3 - stops up hill 2 ( I dont like this route !!). Bluebells fantastic. Steps about 6500 took 1 hr 20 mins
Week 6
Monday - Up at 0600 - Route 3 - extended took an hour and 20 mins Stopped twice up the hill.
Tuesday - Up at 060 Route 1 - Stops up hill - 1 - easier going took 50mins and lots of nice photos
Wed - Stayed in bed
Thursday - up at 0600 - route 1 - stops up hill 1 - getting futher up hill before stopping and walking it faster - 50 mins
Friday - Route 2 - up at 0600 - getting easier - took about 1 hour
Keep it up Briansgirl, don't stop - its not just about the weight loss, but getting fitter aswell with exercise -
Well done Barbara - keep it up, I have always been an evening exerciser but have just started walking at 0615 every morning, and its been fantastic, although with the nicer April weather it is easier to get out of bed early :)
Week 5
Monday - Up at 0600 - Route 3 New Route - Hill stopped 4 times 60 mins
Tuesday - Up at 0600 - Route 2 - first half up hill walked briskly, walked slowly 2nd half due to feeding horses
Started Stupid diet for 7 days - liquids only ( medical diet for pre surgery weight loss)
Wednesday - Up at 0600 - Route 1 - stops up hill "1" - walking quicker and stop half way - yah - next milestone no stops - walk done in 50 mins
Thursday - Up at 0600 - Route 1 stops up hill 1 again, walking quicker - walk complete in 50 mins
Friday - Nothing - got a migraine last nigth - decided not to push my still sore head this morning and stopped stupid diet.
