12880 I've always read, my family apprieciate that's what I do, no one has ever complained about the money/time I spend on books, my hubby who moans about the time we all spend on the computer even suggested that I downloaded Adobe Digital if that was the only way I could read certain books...big big surprise there...:)I don't know any "book snobs" but I do get annoyed that I can't find Shakespeare at our local library, which incidently is really good in so many other ways....I just love reading so much, i love being absorbed in words, and I love toknow what other people are reading even if I wouldn't read it myself.

12880 This may sound strange but I've never pictured him at all, he's a complete blank canvas....I agree with Tricia it's his attitude and mannerisms that do it for me. Even now looking at the photos I get absolutely nothing lol.

12880 ok there are los of companies selling e-books.....here in the UK Amazon do not carry any as Kindle is not available, also I can't buy books from US publishers like Samhain because the copyright for the book is connected to US IP addresses only....bummer or what. BooksonBoard however have a UK site but I'm wondering how reliable they are has anyone bought their e-books from the company and if so was the service good?

How are you finding this? I've started it and abandoned it on numerous occasions b/c I can't get Nicholas Cage out of my mind i haven't seen the film but...If I could get over this i think I'd probably really enjoy it.
