Ok, how bad is it that when I clicked on Jackie's noslang link, I found something I didn't understand before I even typed anything in? I think I'm hopeless...LOL...OMG...etc

Ok, people. The LEAST you could do is list your embarrasing, horrifying, shameful books in as a link. How am I going to add all of these deliciously scandalous reads to my TBR otherwise? LOL
Trust me, those men have books written by women hidden under their bed...they just don't want their image to be marred!! And half those men cry at the end of the book, too! LOL
When I saw the pic of the books stapled to the wall and ceiling, at first it broke my heart. Then, I suddenly realized...this would be the PERFECT thing to do with books like this one. Now my heart is happy.
Great review of "Mayhem" Eva! And I'm SO glad someone put A Million Little Pieces up...I STILL can't believe I wasted time on that piece of garbage. Ugh. I need a shower just thinking about it.
Hey, Shelby! Goodreads is NOT conducive to a longer attention span. Too many threads to keep up with!
I have a friend who just had a baby boy and named him Perrin- as in "Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce". Off topic, but related! :)
I stress over stars. It's the one system that I'm unhappy with here at Goodreads. Once I've read a book, I write my review before I give the stars. Then I contemplate a little and sometimes change my rating a time or two before I make my final decision...like the author is going to hunt me down and say, "WHAT??? You gave 5 stars to Eating Your Way Through the Galaxy but only 1 star to my masterpiece, Atlas Shrugged????? Are you INSANE???"
Yes, apparently, I am.
Lori, does it bother you that the term "OCD" isn't in alphabetical order? I think they called it that on purpose just to tick off all you "overly organized" people...
Robin, I just read all four books, and I really liked Twilight...thought New Moon was a little slow...and had to FORCE myself to finish Eclipse. I just had a hard time with it, probably because I'm not so much a fan of Jacob. Also, at times I felt like I was reading a textbook for school (you know, something that is interesting to some people, but you have to get enough information out of it to pass the test). However, I LOVED Breaking Dawn. You really need to read all four to keep the storyline straight, but I felt that it paid off for me with BD.
As with everything else in my life, my bookshelves are chaotic and unorganized. Some books are laying down, some are pushed back, some are hanging on the edge because I'm too short to push them in the whole way and if I get a ladder to put them away correctly then I also have to get a ladder to retrieve them!
Carrie: I found a copy on Amazon for $2.50 and it just came today. I don't think it was ever read...looks brand new!
I welcome a knock on my door. Then I can unload the 9,000 pounds of junk mail solicitation I have received (from BOTH parties since I'm registered Indie)!
Of course, then I can't complete the political effigy I have built in my front yard using all of the despised junk mail...
