I've decided that I'm going to take it easy this challenge. I'll start off by doing the tasks that appeal to me and then, if I complete those tasks, I'll choose some others to finish. Here's what I have so far:

I printed out the summer challenge list and the links didn't show up on the printed page. That's my defense for asking a stupid question. :)
I have a question about task 15.7 (popularity contest): I didn't see a list titled "All Time Most Popular" but I did find "Favorite Books" and I didn't see a list titled "All Time Most Unpopular", but I did find "The Worst Books of all Time." Are these the same lists? If not, where do I find the correctly titled lists?

Cynthia, did you answer Joy's question (post 319) about the book A Game of Thrones for the winter task? I was wondering the same thing. My brother loaned me the book back when I was doing the winter challenge, but the book is so long that I decided to wait until summer vacation to read it.
Someone asked about how to find books with less than 50 ratings. This is what I did and it worked for me. Currently, my favorite genre is paranormal romance, so I entered paranormal romance in the search field at the very top of the page. It pulled up 81 pages of titles. I clicked on the last page and all those books have zero ratings. The closer I got to page 1, the more ratings the books had. Hope this helps.

Sarah, I really like your suggestion for reading a book w/the name of the street you live on in the title, but I would change it a bit to add 'or the name of a street you've lived on'. I currently live on Mirike...I don't know that I could find any books w/the word Mirike in the title. On the other hand, I've also lived on Vine and East streets, which would give me a broader selection of books to choose from.

This is the task I was going to use for when I completed the spring challenge, but that looks like it ain't gonna happen, so here it is.
Judge a book by its cover. Read two books whose covers you find beautiful, attractive, aesthetically pleasing, etc... Then post the covers in the forum.
Also, when I think of summer I think of fresh garden fruits and veggies. Read a book with the name of a veg or fruit in the title.
Finally, read a book told by the POV of an animal.
Yeah, I knew I'd placed it at the bottom of my Spring Challenge TBR pile for a reason. :)
