I have read 10, including the Grapes of Wrath the winner in 1939. I have several more already on my TBR list. But, I'm thinking it might be a great project for an English teacher to see how many I can read. Thanks for the incentive.
Heart is a Lonely Hunter by Carson McCullers
Chasing Fireflies by Charles Martin
Prince of Tides by Pat Conroy
Nineteen Minutes by Jodi Picoult
I Am Messenger by Markus Zuzak
Of Mice and Men
Pride and Prejudice
Wuthering Heights
To Kill a Mockingbird
Gone With The Wind (mostly just because it is my favorite book of all time)
Gone With The Wind and Scarlett
Huckleberry Finn and Finn (about his father)
Edgar Sawtelle and Hamlet
