1218 I found this on the Paranormal Group:

"Anyway, yes, I do agree about the sock puppet thing, If you look at the accounts of those three "reviewers" (John, Audrey, and Tabitha) it does appear they were created solely for the purpose of raving about this one book in as many different discussion groups as possible. None of them show real pix of real people. Each has just a few common books on the shelves. And then they each post 4 to 6 of these drive by reviews on the same book. Shoot, they even "read and like" each other's reviews!

Things that make you go hmmm...

And oh, yeah, I find it amusing that one of "Audrey's" quotes has to do with reality."

1218 I agree Startlight. I cannot wait to read the sequel, Belong to Me.

BTW does anyone know if the author of Love Walked In and Belong to Me is hispanic. I asked this in earlier threads, but I was ignored :(

1218 I usually get books from the libray, but I just got a $25 Borders GC as a belated b-day gift. I should be able to get a couple of books :)

1218 Emma- I did like A Great and Terrible Beauty. I normally do not read books like this, but I found that I did enjoy it. I especially liked the ending because it was unexpected. I also love Gemma's character because of her wit. I am about 50 pages into the next one and I think I am going to like this a bit one more.

1218 I am finishing up Driving Sideways by Jess Riley. It is for my book club here at home (which was last night). I always finish the book before book club, but the library took a long time getting the book. So far it is a pretty good book.

I am going to read Rebel Angels by Libba Bray next.
