I got a bunch of books for Christmas (yay!) and I don't know where to start
Just finished Deathwish by Rob Thurman. The more I read about Cal, the more I like him.Right now, I'm reading Blood Promise by Richelle Mead. Things are starting to get mysterious and I am very intrigued.
Waiting on Hunting Ground. Can't wait to read it.
I finished Cry Wolf by Patricia Briggs. I thought it was pretty good. Anything with Bran in it is good by me.Got some more new books from the library (they've sent me 15 in the last week or 2, and that NEVER happens). Pretty excited about these 3:

Just finished Madhouse by Rob Thurman. I like Cal Leandros more and more with every book.Just started Thief of Lives by Barb & JC Hendee. Also starting Ink Exchange by Melissa Marr, On the Prowl, and Glass Houses by Rachel Caine.
Just finished Dhampir by Barb & JC Hendee. I thought it was pretty good. Right now, reading Madhouse by Rob Thurman. I really like the Cal Leandros series. Goodfellow is my favorite.
Just finished Ill Wind by Rachel Caine (Weather Warden #1). I finished it in a couple of hours. Ready for the 2nd one but my library doesn't have it, so it might take a while to get (what with Christmas right around the corner and I can't seem to stop buying presents for my 2-year-old).Anyways, reading now - Fragment by Warren Fahy, Dexter by Design by Jeff Lindsay, and Dhampir by Barb Hendee.

I've got about 7 books lying around right now trying to get read. I started You Slay Me by Katie MacAlister. Next up is Foxmask by Juliet Marillier. Then Dexter by Design by Jeff Lindsay.I've also got Ill Wind by Rachel Caine and The Forest of Hands and Teeth. And those are just the library books!
My little boy's birthday was a few days ago, so I haven't had much time to read lately. Hoping to start catching up now with all these books.
Has anyone read the Jill Kismet series by Lilith Saintcrow? Wondering how good it is...

I thought it was pretty good. I think I liked the first couple of books just a little better, but I still had a hard time putting this one down. (I may have been late coming back from lunch once or twice because of it)
Just finished Summer Knight. I just can't get enough of that Harry Dresden. Or Mercy Thompson for that matter. Just finished Bone Crossed yesterday.Now reading Dexter in the Dark by Jeff Lindsay and Last Battle of the Icemark by Stuart Hill. Getting ready to start Foxmask by Juliet Marilier also.
Just finished Wicked Lovely. Now reading Prey by Rachel Vincent, Dexter in the Dark by Jeffry Lindsay, and Bone Crossed by Patricia Briggs.
I finished Well of Shades today. It was great!!! I just started Wolfskin today. It's not quite as easy to get into as the Chronicles of Bridei but it's pretty good so far.
I just started Holy Smokes by Katie MacAlister and Pride by Rachel Vincent. Tomorrow I get a whole bunch of books I can't wait to read from the library:
