Actually, from what I've read it's a stand-alone (not part of a new series). Anyone else found out otherwise?
I just read (and LOVED) Santa Olivia and I'd like to find more books like it.
I haven't read any other books by Jacqueline Carey, but from what I'm seeing they're not quite the same as Santa Olivia (not saying they'd be bad, but if I'm looking for something like it, they might not be the best choice).
The characters and writing were just excellent.
Any suggestions?
Okay. Just finished New Moon.Next will be one of these:
- The Kicker of St. John's Wood (won that through a GR giveaway!)
- Memory Zero
- Rapture
JESS -- you were so right about the Made to Be Broken cliffhanger. Argh. Liked it overall -- but definitely didn't love it like I loved the first one in the series. I'll still read the third (whenever that's going to be) but I was a bit disappointed with this one. :(
Darn Jess. Now I know there's going to be a cliffhanger. Oh well -- probably should have expected it, I guess. I'll let you know what I think.
Just finished Memory and Dream -- LOVED it. Definitely going to read more Charles deLint. Any recommendatinos?I'm reading Twilight now -- had to see what all the buzz was about. :)
Anne -- You finished all those in the last week or so?! Wow. You read more than one at a time it sounds like?

I'd PM the person who wanted it and let them decide. (Once it dries out, if you can tell it's been wet it's probably not appropriate to send to anyone else. But if it's something they wanted bad enough they might not care.)
