Anna's comments from the Reading List 2009 group.
(showing 1-20 of 29)
I just finished Touch the Dark by Karen Chance but I'm not going to count it for my list since I've already read it. I read it for another group and also in anticipation for the release of Death's Mistress...can't wait!!
I'm not going to add these books to my list because I skipped through them...but last weekend I did read some of each book of the Twilight Saga. I read them because after watching the Twilight and New Moon movies I was curious about Jacob and the werewolves and I also like Alice and most of the rest of the Cullens.

It's November 4th and I've reached 100 books. I'm a little surprised. I had some very slim reading months this year.
Ooops, I read Sharper than a Serpent's Tooth before Path's Not Taken...no wonder why I didn't know any of the references Taylor was making to going back in time. Oh, well.

Tiffany wrote: "I have read a few of the Tara Janzen books, only from the Crazy series. Have you read those? And how would you say they compare to the Loose series? I'd be interested in getting your thoughts!"1612470 I love the Crazy series. I see the Crazy and the Loose series as being one series but having two parts. The Crazy series tells the story of the original Steele Street gang with Dylan Hart and Hawkins and Creed and most of the rest of the guys who used to steal cars together. The Loose series is still about SDF, who operates out of the Steele Street garage but is about newer characters.
One major reason I think that the two series should be read and thought of as one is that JT Chronopolos is killed in one of the Crazy books, right? His story is brought up in the Loose books, especially in Breaking Loose.
Tiffany, if you really like the Crazy books I think that you will like the Loose books.

So its summer, and since classes are over you'd think I'd have a lot more time and inclination to read. This hasn't been the case so far. I'm taking two online history classes that take up a lot of time (turned out I'm 6 units short on my BA) and I'm working full time. This just doesn't leave a lot of time for me to read.

So I've been busy with the whole end of the college semester thing and haven't had much time to read. I've also hit another reading slump, that's why I read so few books in May. But things are looking up for June, especially since so many of my favorite authors have/will come out new books...Janet Evanovich and Laurell K. Hamilton.
Hi, my name is Anna and I love to read. Its my only addiction. Right now I'm on an urban fantasy kick.
