YES, I really liked it even though it was different, I dont really think of it as the same story.I liked alot of miyazaki's movies... = ]
I think all books kind of inspire me in a way if somebody acheives something or accomplishes something great I feel inspired to do something equally great but I dont know if I had to say one book I would say the Bible because of the conviction and the different lessons you get each time you read it...
I have to agree with Howl's Moving Castle, I know its not true but I feel like I would be missing a part of me if I had never read that book...
Whenever I dont want to try reading a new book and I feel like reading something I know is good, I read the Chrestomanci series by Diana Wynne Jones, I love when you are reading a series and you own all the books to it because you can basically just pick up the next book without really stopping...
I just finished The Sorceress and the Cygnet by Patricia A. Mickillip, and then after I have finished my required reading, (A Conneticut Yankee in King Arthurs Court) I will read Les Miserables......
I got A Tale of Time City by Diana Wynne Jones from my sister. it was good focused toward younger readers but I still liked it...
The scariest book I have ever read was this book by Anne Rice but I cant remember the name of it I think it was called Taltos.....but I cant be sure, I just remember it being twisted and sick...
