No, more like under an umbrella, shielded from sin, you can come under with us when ever you want to , even though you don't except it it was done for you.

10907 The old testament tells of Christ's comming and prophesies the ushering in of change, and you could find other historical refrences besides the bible to debate where the bible or God have been proven false if that were the case. Your final point needs some refrences and figures, and even then it wouldn't mean much, Christians are forgiven not perfect

10907 How can you use a book you say is dribble to debate? If you don't believe the bible is correct about creation, the crucifixtion of Christ, the miracles he performed? How then can you debate it's contents about God's involvment in slavery? The ways of men have changed much since Christ's sacrifice. Let's look at slavery in America, our forefathers came here to worship Christ without the influence of the ruling power, or the Catholic church. Is slavery legal here now/if you really research/you will find where Christ's love is shown, things get better.

10907 Why are you claiming he did?

10907 Not hate so much as belittle Koe.... The bible and God did not create slavery, people did, the over all population survived on it. Egyptians were not Christians. Where the word of God goes, freedom follows. To blame God for every bad thing is to not understand original sin.The seed of Adam, that puts us all in the sin wagon. Keep seeking your God, and I will pray he turns his face towards you before the day of judgement.peace

10907 Sure, thanks for relating it to me that way, if Paul had not been a man of the law, he would not have been as effective in his teachings.
My comment was in relation to him trying to lead people from God, not a problem if he is just debating. He is trying to lead people away from there God. Everyone needs to understand this is where he is coming from. He does not debate to enlighten you or anyone els, he debates to win you or others reading, away from Christ and salvation.

10907 Koe, why do you care so much what this group of Faithers thinks? You are trying to lead Gods people astray, do you not understand that is an unforgivable sin?

10907 D.C, not everyone is called by the Holy Spirit, some persue it and don't get called. If there names are not in the book of life, they will have a hardened heart towards the concept of a relationship with Jesus. I walk in the same line of faith, as you seem to relate to on this thread.Don't stop trying to witness, but with some people, they will have to be called to have a quickened heart.I do believe they are seeking their creator, I hope he calls them.peace
