10855 I don't understand God. He gives a huge responsibility without any reason that we'll be able to fulfill it, then if we do one thing wrong (which is the way he supposably created us, wiht flaws), then he punishes us!
Wow, your God is evil! My god, on the other hand, is kind and caring to all. RESPECT THE FLYING SPAGHETTI MONSTER!

10855 um,
that seems like an anti-atheism statement, so why would christians do that?
Maybe my mind's just blank.
Nov 25, 2008 09:04PM

10855 I have no problem with it.
But if I put an atheist bumper sticker on my car (when I get one... 3 more years...) and it got vandalized because of that, I would get mad.
Christians can put christian bumper stickers, but not atheists?

10855 just stand up, but i'm still bothred that i am supporting god.
why can't they seperate church and state for charles darwin's sake?
I know I'm going extreme atheist, it just bothers me.
I say, instead "one nation, under the government..."
Nov 24, 2008 05:09PM

10855 You know what really others me? The pledge of allegience. Everyday, even as an atheist, I have to recognize God. "One naton, under GOD..."
It is pushing religion on me. Yet aren't state and church supposed to be SEPERATED???!!!

10855 Animals were here before humans. We shouldn't just treat them like they're dirt. And that means allanimals, not just pets.
The Bible (16 new)

10855 It backs up atheism in a way. If it's the exact word of God, why are there different versions of some of the stories?
And if it was written by man, how could it be the EXACT word of God?
I think there are too many flaws in the bible for it to support Christianity.

10855 What do you think of the bible? Not just Christians please.
See the book I added.

10855 i think the one with all the symbols is the best because it means ALL religions!!!! YAY!!!!
Nov 17, 2008 04:14PM

10855 Very true!!
but a lot of the christians I've met online are like that.
Nov 17, 2008 03:53PM

10855 I think a lot of shristians are rude about religion. They say, with confidence, "I have a conection with goid, I KNOW he exists." but have no proof. Atheists, on the other hand, give REASONS to their beliefs.

10855 I like number 2 also.
Why pray? (84 new)
Nov 16, 2008 10:28PM

10855 Again, I'm way to freakin' tired to actually read any of that.
I would never pray, even if I was religious. I'm not going to worship someone unless he/she shows his/her face to me and shows exactly what he/she can do. So I'm not going to worship God unless he shows up at my front door and makes a miracle happen. And even then, I probably wouldn't worship anyone. I'm not bowing down to anyone.
Nov 16, 2008 10:22PM

10855 Ok, because I'm tired, I have no clue who I'm supposed to side with so...
1. If Jesus is real and does all these great things, why don't people who get cancer always live? Why are disease and poverty and many more things still causing deaths? If he is real, why doesn't he make his presence very clear?

2. Back in the time when Jesus was supposably born, many people were saying that they were the son of God. One guy just got lucky.

3. The bible. If it was written by man, how could it be the exact word of God? And it was written over many centuries, so even if part of that was true, I'm willing to bet that most of it wasn't.
And then there are some variations of some of the stories. Therefore it can't be God's exact word.

10855 I like Buddy Christ.
