As I started to read this novel, I soon come to the realization that this is not a book for someone looking for a afternoon cozy read. Although the book is fiction, you can view it as what is going on in the world today. True life situations
You will be taking a trip through the life of a sixteen year olds world of Drugs, Sex, Murder and Cult Worshipers
If you like to read about the true aspects of what the world is like today, then yes I recommend this book. One to be read with a open mind The author does not make the story line sweet and innocent. In this short story you will learn that its still about family
What would one do to keep their family together. What would you do in a situation like this if it was your family.

Hello, Wynne.
Pretty name. I don’t remember much about you, but I think you’re probably a pretty girl. Our dear Angela wouldn’t lower herself to claim an ugly girl as a good friend. Someone who would help her pull such a stupid stunt, investigating a man’s personal files, just because he was sacked from his job without a chance to defend himself.
I look forward to catching up with you very soon. You and Angela and I have so much to discuss. How would you like to get into the film business? Just one performance. Your last.

This is a great fast paced thriller that will keep you attention right from the beginning.
I can picture a sequel to this book.

Rosalind Collins, 18 yrs old, mourning the death of her Aunt, leaves Boston and heads out by herself on a journey to Upper Michigan to find her father whom she has not seen since she was but a child. Really it was a trip discouraged by others, the war was on, Pirates roamed the Lakes., Rebel soldiers heading for Canada.
After what was an uneventful trip, one that had pitfalls along the way, the meeting of a hated Rebel ,she arrives at her fathers home only to find she has a half sister, just a month younger than her, who is a Half breed, a Savage, of all things. Not what she expected.............
Will they ever acknowledge each other as sisters and or will jealousy
prove which one really is the “Savage Sister”
Another great Novel, by Jane Toombs. She has fast become a favorite of mine with her Historical Novels.

When I first read the title of this book, I figured it would be quite Spicy, but I was quite surprised. There are just a couple parts that are a little erotic, but nothing major. Really the title is a little misleading. Once I got started on the book it was very hard to put down as I had to see what was going to happen next. It is a page turner right to the very end.
If this book is any indication of the Authors historical novels, I will look forward to reading other books she has written.
