Keep perservering with The Girl with the Dragon Tatoo. When the two stories are brought to gether, it begins to read much faster.

I can see Ridley Scott doing an excellent job of directing a film based on this film
Also, I gree with others that the beginning is slow going but worth the effort. I will definitely be readubg the sequals,'

I think they may be going a little overboard on the coverage of Michael Jackson's death, However, he truly did change the way people did view nd hear music. The reaction to his death by those who came of gae in the 80's is how those who came of age in the 50's reacted to Elvis' death and those who came of age in the 60's and 70's reacted to Lennon's death

I agree with Joanne. If I do not care about the charcters or story after 50 pages, I will stop reading the book. There are to many books out here to enjoy to spend time readubg simething you do not like,
