1 Thank you very much for the improvements!

I can't wait to have recommendations in the app. :D

I always read ebooks while commuting, and being able to choose what to read next when I finish a book is a much desired feature. The site is not so easy to navigate on a 7" tablet, and even worse on a 4" smartphone.

1 Yes, any filtering should be a search option (a checkbox or a drop-down menu), not the default.

Or at least a user preference to set in the profile.

1 Thank you for your reply.

That's exactly what I meant. The language should default to english, naturally, but the user should be able to change it.

As for the search, maybe it was both my fault and goodreads limitation.

When I search "draghi estate" (to find "I draghi dell'estate di fuoco") it finds nothing.

If I search "I draghi dell'estate di fuoco" (the complete title) it finds the book.

If I search "dragons summer" it finds both words nearly everywhere (even in author names) and finds four books

If I search "dragon summer" it doesn't find Dragons of Summer Flame.

It seems it can't find partial words, and considers "dell'estate" as a single word.

If I search "draghi fuoco" it doesn't find the italian edition, but finds the english one, so at least I can select it and then change edition.

1 I think Goodreads would benefit from a boost in localization. Some suggestions that came to mind while using the site and the Android apps:

- it would be nice to filter search results based on the book language. Sometimes the title is the same between local editions (for example Twilight, Eragon and many other)

- it would be nice to have the option to select comment language. I usually write my comments in italian. Also it should be possible to filter comments by language when reading the book details.

- often I cannot find the (italian) title I am looking for, but I find it if I enter the ISBN code, with the correct italian title. I don't know why this happens, maybe because the book is a local edition and not a "root-level edition".

- groups should have a language setting, so if I am looking for a group in italian I can filter the list.

Thank you very much for your work!

1 I would like to ask for ad addition to the Android app.
As many of the books I read are in italian, and they are usually grouped with the original version of the book, I havo no means to change the edition I am reading, so I need to wait till I get to the office (or at home) to switch to the italian edition.

Or, even worse, access the goodreads website, which is totally unusable on the phone, and really uncomfortable on the NookColor. Plus, I need to login again just for that.

Thank you very much.
