[close] The Veil Whether it's a barrier between the world of Gods and Monsters and that of Men and Animals, or a force that distorts what mortals see when they veiw that of the Fantastic, like that of the 'Mist'(PJO Reference), it doesnt matter. All that does matter is the fact that it exists. It's much like a cell membrane. It dictates what goes in and out, whether that be magic energy or physical(or spiritual) beings. And like Organelles that can never leave the cell, some beings can not leave the Veil's boundaries. The Faentastic have existed in our world for years. Some say they are the Gods that formed our world and us. Some say their demonic creatures who's only intention is to bring harm and think of mankind less than what we think of the worms beneath our feet. In truth, they veiw of us is different for each. These Fantastic Beings are referred to as Otherkin, Kyne, Monsters, and other names have been given to them over the years. You can be a mortal, a 'Kyne', or any number of other things. Cross the Veil if you dare, or hunt down mortals as your source of feed as your ancestors once did. The choise is yours. Which path will you follow? The Dark or Light? [close]
