Well, I've received my bookmarks from Vista Print! Thought it kept trying to tell me that my resolution was too low, I knew of no way to rectify that, and I hoped I had my text for the backside going the right way. I was uptight wondering how it would all turn out, but when I've received them, I must say they are excellent, even if I did design them myself! LOLRight now, I'm having to snip them apart. But though I paid for uploading the pic and for shipping, $20 for 200 bookmarks ain't bad at all. :)
Thanks for telling me about this, you guys. :)
Miss Mae is interviewed by Sarah M. Eden at her "I Need Friends Friday" blog. Hope you'll hop over and see the delightful portrait she's drawn of this southern genteel author! :)

Hmm...Jaimey, I sure wish you could make mine since yours are beautiful, and you certainly appear to have a knack for it! I suppose I'm going to have to try that, though. But when I uploaded a photo at VistaPrint, they charged $5. You just know how to do this stuff! :)
I'm going to check into that Willy Walt, because I did look over that article with making the postcard that way. Appeared to be a lot of hard work! And I'm not keen on Vista Print charging to upload pics (I know. I used them for brochures and had to pay that.)
Where do you guys gets your bookmarks? I have an account at vista Print, but am not too sure I want to go through there (haven't seen where they make them anyway!)
Well, as you say, John, you are a guy, and I think most guys are uncomfortable with the kissing scenes...LOL...You probably enjoyed the sword fights more. :)I'm a romance author, and I loved this story, but it's always refreshing to get a viewpoint from a guy. My husband never used to read these types of books AT ALL, but he now reads mine. :)
So the regular pages we start with, what ARE we supposed to use them for? *Miss Mae looks perplexed*
Thank you for your encouraging words, Kristen! It's wonderful to receive feedback like this from readers! :) We appreciate you so much!
Hey all! My YA book, "When the Bough Breaks" will be released this month, October! Yaayy!
I have two recent reviews, one at YouGottaRead...
http://yougottareadreviews.blogspot.com/...
And the one today from Mistress Bella. Bella is pretty much a spicy, erotic reviewer, and I was a bit nervous giving my book to her. (I understand she's supposed to be gearing up for a 'gentler' review blog.) But the reviewer was very nice, and gave an honest review. :)

okay, I restored my account...*sigh*...after last night's chat with Starr Thomson, I thought "well, maybe"...so I am http://twitter.com/AuthorMissMaeFind me, people,..LOL..
I had been on Twitter, but could never understand it. (Yes, I'm Twitter-illiterate! LOL) Then I read on my computer security newsletter about how hackers/spammers have invaded it, etc., that I decided it wasn't worth it.Frankly, I couldn't understand the attraction, though..Miss Mae scratches head in confusion...
