2865 So you liked it! I'm glad I didn't tell you it was good only to have you hate it. :)

56373 Alright, now I have to read some of Sarah Waters. :adds to list:

129223 I read this when I first came out and I felt the same as you did - like, okay, I have an important bit of queer history, but God! Isn't there any happy queer history?

41tsykb997l this is on my "To Read" list! Let me know what you think of it. :) As you can see from my own lists, I've been reading a lot of fluff lately, so something more substantial might be good for me. :)

58077 I like these books. I've read Grave Sight and Grave Surprise, I have Icy Cold Grave on my nightstand, waiting for me to read it tomorrow. :)

6976 Try the Secret Life of Bees. I really liked that but felt the same way about this one. I was just okay.

125925 Thus far, this is my favorite of all the Women of the Otherworld series. I'm looking forward to reading the latest - Personal Demons - but I haven't yet.
Jaime's review of Outlander.

41pxcsx5akl These are among my favorites as well. I think the 3rd is my favorite among them. I read that she is coming out with another Claire and Jamie book, though A Breath of Snow and Ashes was supposed to be the final one.
Jaime's review of Plain Truth.

14864 This was one of her best, I think. My other favorites were My Sister's Keeper and Vanishing Act.

5114 I love that title! Laughter Can Kill You, I mean. :)

47212 You are seriously behind! I think there are about 20. :) I have the second one but I haven't had time to read it yet. I'm sure I'll write about it when I do read it. :)

Thanks for the note.

153949 too bad you're in Canada. I have all of these books on my PaperbackSwap.com account.

699388 I haven't read any of hers, but I should. I read all of the Goldy Schulz books by Diane Mott Davidson and one of another series, but definitely not that one. I should check them out. Thanks!

9375 ARe you on paperbackswap.com? It's available there. If you're not, I can't recommend it enough. I've loved it.

9375 I liked the book far better than I liked the movie. I think the relationship between the two women - whose names are completely escaping me - is seriously downplayed in the movie but the movie makes more sense if you have that information. Let me know what you think!
Gina's review of Dead Witch Walking.

30264 Damn. Now I'm going to have to re-read these books! And I gave mine away on paperbackswap!
Apr 10, 2008 07:06AM

3466 I'm reading "Industrial Magic" by Kelley Armstrong. I'm about halfway through and it is a great story! I was up til 2 am reading. :)
Gina's review of Outlander.

41t6jn6kbtl If I remember right, Dragonfly in Amber was my *least* favorite but then it might have been the 3rd book. In any case, keep reading past it - you'll be glad you did. ;)
Gina's review of Danse Macabre.

121927 The Harlequin is better. I can't remember if there was much about being an animator, but I wrote in my book blog that this was her best yet and that there was not as much sex. I don't know why I didn't write more about it, but that's pretty much all I had to say.

92141 I LOVED this book! :) I thought Son of a Witch wasn't as good, though. I hope you enjoy it!
