Well, I have a couple that might fit.

I'm currently reading "The Dead Whisper On", the second novel by T.L. Hines. I was blown away by the first one and he definitely stepped it up with this one. So far the faith element is really subtle and it's definitely a little weird, but I'm hooked.

Some other books on my never-ending list include:

Woah! Now that's variety! :)

I think the cool thing about this series are the books really can stand alone. You will recognize characters from the previous book, but each book has a unique story line. So don't feel too bad! :)
