unfortunately i realized too late that i should pay attention...it wasn't quite as skimmable as some...at times i was embarrasingly confused by things....

i'm glad that you liked this book. it was on display at the downtown louisville library. i wish now that i'd written down all the other books there.

you read way more books that i thought you did. how do you have time for that?

i forgot i read this book... don't let my three star rating discourage you though. i think i read it at a time when i was surrounded by people who were all talk about the over-consumptive nature of the usa. as you may know, this talk made me slightly pro-consumption.

in my effort to stop reading depressing books about war torn nations, would you recommend i try this one?

good review. i like the long ones. everything i thought about the book when i read it but kind of had forgotten. except i wasn't in costa rica when i read it. i wish there was a book like this for every country/state/territory/geographic region.

does this mean you are making us cheese?
