On page 447 there's a list of their recommendations for a Thanksgiving menu that I'm going to try this year. The recipes for the menu are all contained within the book. Unfortunately I'll have to substitute a main course with Turkey, but that's expected.
 I wrote this comment before my review.

hey, i'm so psyched this cookbook is good! i hope you make it to the restaurant in ithaca sometime! they have great local microbrews and also it rules!

I do too. I'd love to check it out. I'm also in the market for more of their books, which their seems to be aplenty. Though I am inclined to call it a day - if I like their low fat recipes should I even go near their non-lofatty ones?

non-lofatty can also rule, i think, but i see your point. is there a lowfat macncheese recipe in there? i need one soooooooooooo bad. in addition, ithaca is gorges.

:flipflipflip: yeah! There is! I'll email it to you! Yes, I remember going to Ithaca as a kid and visiting Cornell as a kid. You speeled gorgeous wrong though.
