Alexandra I like reviews with spoilers. I like to know what will happen, because if it's something like what you said, I won't read it. Sometimes I can't believe people like some books. Thanks for the heads up!

Kaza No problem :) I like when I find out about these types of story-lines before I read as well.

Kim OK I have this book and I am so excited to read it, I can't now. Call me old fashion and too into fantasy, but cheating is where I draw the line, except if the character is being abused and leaves and meets someone else, then that sweet, but In a case like this where the hero cheats on the heroine-no...Not my style.

Kim There are many things I can forgive, this is not one of them

Kaza Exactly my thoughts on the subject, but I've got to admit Jack was really drunk when he did it, so this might help your aversion to some degree since the intent was somewhat lessened. The combination of everything just really killed it for me though. I'm sorry that I wrecked your excitement, especially when you already have the book! The first part was good. Maybe you could just read that?

Kim I'll think about it, but to read to the end will leave me torn. I'm a very emotional person.

message 7: by Betul (new)

Betul I definitely agree with Alexandra, I love spoilers and do not want to waste my money and time on books I am not going to finish. So thanks for the heads up!

message 8: by Mel (new)

Mel K I also love the spoilers! If I had read this review before the book, I wouldn't have bothered...
I've seen another book in the threads about cheating that is getting the same type of reviews called Lexi Baby? Have you read it? Is it just as bad as this one?
I hope that the author makes Jack look like a chump in the next book because that is the only way that this series can be redeemed for me :)

No, I haven't read Lexi Baby because I'd also heard it had cheating in it. I usually try to avoid those books, with a few exceptions such as The Opportunist. Depends on the situation I guess.

I'd like the author to make Jack look like a chump in the next book as well. I'd definitely get some satisfaction from that. I doubt I'll read it though.
