Sandra This review sums up the essence of the story for me. The title tells it all. I have not finished it but today today I read where Abdul, while in the detention center, beg and to understand there is hope, even for him

Sandra He grows up this day.. I am eager to see how it all ends for him.. He is the symbol of real hope for the future of the scavengers and garbage boys of Mumbai

MomToKippy This book looks amazing but I don't think I can read it. Just too sensitive.

Sandra It is a eye opener for those of us do not live this kind of life. It it a credit to the young people we get to know in the book that most of them still cling to HOPE. This book is sad but true.
