Marlene Bayers Yeah - but if you change those habits - then those are just new habits, right?
I think the realization that so much of our behaviour is a collection of habits is very revealing - neither good or bad, just note worthy.

Rob The central idea of the book is how you can replace habits that are keeping you from reaching your goals with habits that move you forward. So not just new habits, but better ones, and he offers a methodology for making the shift.
