You know one thing I notice, is that the US HP covers are so much better then the UK where Harry/Ron/Hermoine look nothing like they do in the books. I would really like to get hold of the US dust jackets and just exchange them for the British...
I'd get the US version - only I've heard they have American spellings and they've changed words around? Like trainers to sneakers, jumpers to sweaters etc? Or was that only in the first?

I did notice that I liked the US covers better, no offense hehe. Yeah they do change the words around...I noticed in the fifth book, though, that there were words that I assumed were British because I didn't know what they meant :)

Actually Fiona...I was fibbing...I just noticed that they haven't switched the phrases in this book...hehe sorry! I came across the word "trainers" and I thought, "I have to tell Fiona!" :)

They switched them in the earlier books but let the British words stand for the later ones. I'm not sure when the switch happened though...
