Tammy K. I agree with your review of A Perfect Blood. However, I think the addition of the Wayne character was not helpful to the story line and was a distraction, unless having someone mess up more then Rachel was his purpose.
I had not given much thought to what Felix (creepy old dead vampire) would add to the cast or the series over all story line, to me the vampire parts are over done.
I too miss the magical powers Rachel once had and should have had more of as a demon.
I agree the growth of Trent is a much needed and pleasing aspect of the book.
I thought Al grew as well in this book, but no where near like Trent.
I love this series and while this book is not the best of them, it is enjoyable enough to recommend.
Good review.

Thanks for the review comments :) As to Wayde, I know what you mean, I understood his presence in the first half of the book, but after that, he was extra. That's why I'm curious as to what Ms. Harrison is going to do with his character....

Kenya Wright There was absolutly no reason for Wayde. I thought that the whole time! And Rachel said he was cute a whole lot which at first made me think she was going to date him, but nope.
