Isamlq you got it!!! yay! :)

Stacia (the 2010 club) Yeah, a couple of hours ago. I've only read a couple of chapters, but it seems decent so far.

Ciri How are you liking it so far?

Stacia (the 2010 club) So far it's fine, just feel like I don't have time to read much lately. :(

Ciri Ah :/

I'm kind of disappointed in this one.

Stacia (the 2010 club) I'm not sure why Jace pissed you off in this one. He wasn't as witty as usual, but his torment reminded me of how he was in book 2. I liked how the book ended, actually. It means the next one will be interesting.

Ciri I miss his snarkiness and I hate his arupt change of character. I would have liked Jace and Clary to have at least one books happiness yknow because they only JUST got together after all they went through :/

Wendy Darling My ears perked up every time there was a mention of Will, too...but no Tessa! I kept waiting for them. Was surprised that Camille had such a big part in this one, seemed a little obvious. Not altogether bad, but less interesting than I would've expected.

Terry (Ter05 TwiMoms/ MundieMoms) I gave it five stars although I too did not like it as well as the other three. But considering they are my favorite YA books ever and in my top four top series ever, the five stars I gave the other three could have been ten. It is still way above anything else out there to me. I too wanted just some happiness for Jace and Clary although the anguish they went through in this one proved even further their undying love for each other. But please, Cassandra, give them a break in the next one! I pretty much hated the ending. I enjoyed the Simon parts more than I expected to and like him better all the time (not that I ever didn't like him).

Stacia (the 2010 club) I was surprised at how much I really liked Simon in this book. Tessa is going to have to show her face in one of the later books. I'm so glad that I read CA before this wouldn't have read the same if I didn't know the backstory behind Camille and Magnus, and the Will references would have gone right over my head.

Wendy Darling There's a lot of bashing of this book going around, which I find really irritating. Everyone has a right to his/her opinion, but there's a level of smugness and glee in the tone of the negative reviews that surprises me.

Stacia (the 2010 club) I just now saw this because someone "liked" my review, otherwise I would have missed it. GR really needs to fix their update issues.

It frustrates me at how many people bash this series. Yes, Clare may have possibly made a poor error in judgement during her fanfiction days, but these books are very well thought out and have a great story arc. She gets credit in my book for coming up with a unique take on the paranormal in an oversaturated market. Jace may be on the surface a complete one dimensional cocky boy, but dig deeper and you end up finding that he uses his wit and sarcasm to hide his inner torment.
