Sophia interesting comments. it's obvious that you've given this a lot of thought. I am not sure that veiling is the best way to achieve these ends. One can argue that overexposure / saturation is another way to deal with exposure to attractive females. There's also a religious duty dimension apart from the sociological-evolutionary approach you spell out here.
