I found this book while looking for a book on how to be a good employee, and greatly enjoyed reading it. The book is primarily concerned with how you, as an employee, can be the greatest asset to your company, or invaluable. Shepard helped me take a look in the mirror and evaluate how much value I was really bringing to my company and reveal areas I am weak in. I recommend it.
