This is a sweet little book about a guy whose daughter sends spam to the entire PTA looking for a date for her dad. He's a widower and the daughter wants a mom. The heroine is the interim elementary school principal, up for the principal's job, who has to deal with the fallout. Nobody's really a "bad guy," but there is an overachieving PTA mom who tries to cause trouble for the heroine--like she's supposed to be a nun or something--but she's not really Evil. Just a pain. A well-written addition to the Fatherhood series.. not only do dads have to provide food and shelter but getting involved in other activities with their kids really does improve things. The story of Mark's romance with Shay blooming along with it was so natural.
