A brief overview by someone who has made a career of adjudicating community theatre. The author provides the basics of what an adjudicator does and what to look for. It might have been more useful if it provided more detail of what to look for and how to critically evaluate it. Overall, I think this would be a useful reference for a festival participant to learn more about the process.
