Evie and her brother Jeffrey are headed to London for Evie’s first season. The death of their parents has caused Jeffrey to inherit the family business, and Evie needs to marry. As the airship they are traveling on becomes suddenly under attack, Evie does what she can to ward off their enemy, but unfortunately causes multiple questions to be asked from their Captain Alex Corwin.

Such a fun book! I really hope PJ finds the time to get back to this universe some day, but I'm ok with Zombies+shapeshifters+London for the next 3! (London Undead Series, posting this review while I wait for the pre-order to download for the first book in the series BITE ME)

Honestly my one complaint about the books of PJ's I've read so far is their length, I'm always left wanting more and Evie's Gift is no exception. She captured a huge world in a very short book - If you're looking for a warm-

Born and raised in the North East, PJ Schnyder spent her childhood pretending to study for the SATs by reading every fantasy and sci-fi novel she could borrow from the local and school libraries. She scored fairly high in the verbal portion.

She was introduced to the wonderful world of romance a decade later by her best friend at an anime convention in Seattle.
