I've read this book before and loved it. It has so many good nuggets in it.

Favorite quotes:
"...behavior that flows from conflicted thoughts can't be controlled." (p.1)

Page 56 gets to me every time I read this book. Here's a quote: (emphasis mine)

Read this book once a day, everyday for this year (with a few days excepting- I caught them up at a later date!). Such a great way to take a moment, be present, get centered, and put a positive spin on your daily outlook.
