This is a lovely book both in content and appearance. I like to take it along as a companion while traveling. It is easy to peruse and digest. It is light and airy and its messages serve as helpful reminders of what truly matters in life.

Love this. The perfect little book to dip in and out of. If you need something to meditate on for the day, or if you're struggling to calm down negative thoughts, dip in and relax!

Maybe this will help. Affirmations like, "I am perfect exactly as I am," and "I am safe and secure in my world."
