How much would you sacrifice for just one kiss . . .

But two boys battling for her heart is just the start. Soon there's a dead body in the woods, a motorcycle gang on the prowl, and the snow just won't stop falling. Something evil is at work, and only Faye and

How did this book ever make it past an editor??? That was my first thought after I finished it. And I still can't believe that I *did* indeed finish it --- if it hadn't been for the fact that I got it through Amazon Vine I probably would have quit less than halfway-through. This book made me want to rant and rave. It is just so utterly, ridiculously, laughably bad!!! Anyway, here is my review:

Imagine the following scene:

Ms. Moss spends a cozy evening in front of the television watching a double

To be really honest, the front cover of this book was the only thing stopping me from reading it. However, this is where the phrase: Don't judge a book by it's cover! Comes in! The book actually sounded really good - you know, with the love triangles and stuff:)

It started off quite easy to get into. Though it was confusing as i started to wonder where her Dad was but then they cleared it for me later. Unlike other books, this one slowly let us into the story rather than just practically pushing

Erster Satz:

Meine Meinung:

Ja, was soll ich sagen.

I bought this book a while ago as I thought it sounded intriguing but it was never at the top of my to-read list. It has been sat on my shelf for months so I finally decided to read it.
If I'm honest I had no motivation to read this at the beginning. Sure it sounds like a really good story but I couldn't help thinking of the other books I have that I can't wait to read. However I kept on reading and I am so glad that I did.

*Sighs* This book was pretty disappointing for me. The description sounded pretty interesting: dead bodies in the woods, a gang settling in a small town, werewolves, and a millionaire and her son moving in. In my mind, these things added up to an amazing storyline. Unfortunately, the story didn't really cut it.

The characters within the book don't really have any depth. Liz and Faye are best friends, and they're both quite childish despite the fact that they're high schoolers. They spend most of

Mortal Kiss was a novel that was first on It must have proven to be very popular as now its been published as a book. And its a smart thing that is now a book. It will sure to be a hit with those who love to read about love, mystery and sinister beings.

When I was contacted to review this novel I had never heard of it. However, I am really glad I agreed, because I really enjoyed it. At first when reading it I thought there was lots of similarities between this and other books out t

I'm not going to lie, I really couldn't connect with this book and I found it boring. I didn't get past page 160, and the past 100 pages were mostly done with skim reading. I'm used to more mature books then this, as I feel it was aimed for the younger, tween type ages, though i might be wrong, but after reading other books in this genre, I feel they were to a higher standerd then this, and so i had to give it a low score even though i'm not fond of doing so, I would, however, recommend this ...more

I don't even know where to begin with this. I am sorely disappointed. Truly fallen for the judging a book by the cover rule. Even the blurb sounded enticing. Dead bodies, mystery, strange gangs. But it all fell into one big pot of misery.

There isn't a single character in Mortal Kiss that had substance or even a backbone. They were all incredibly one dimensional and oddly selfish, stupid and downright ignorant. There are strange things happening in Winter Mill, strange things indeed and when told

Faye a její nejlepší kamarádka Liz prožívají docela normální dívčí život.

My opinion:
I had this book on my shelves for several years now and i had been really interested when i was reading the blurb but at the end i must say that i’ve been quite disappointed...the story isn’t bad per say but it didn’t work at all for me.

There were time when i did get immersed in the story but it didn’t last, for me there were too many things that were not working so even if the idea behind the book was good i could

This is the first book in a new paranormal romance series by author Alice Moss. I hadn't heard a lot about the title prior to reading it but the cover kept catching my eye in bookshops so eventually I caved and bought a copy. I'm so glad I did because I thoroughly enjoyed it and am now looking forward to the sequel which is due to be published next year. The book was originally published on Stardoll, an online gaming website and was so popular that it was soon after released in print.

When I first started reading this book I didn't really like it and I had all intentions of rating it only two stars. It was so slow and confusing as things was strange but nothing was really getting explained or even mentioned for most of the first half of the book. It did save it self just over halfway through as it

I was pleasantly surprised by this book. Not because I had some negative preconceptions about it, but because I have not heard a lot about it. Surely a book this interesting should be widely recommended in and around the book blogosphere? I would surely do to anyone.

At first I was put off by what appeared to me as a cliche relationship between inseparable best friends, only to be wedged apart by a gorgeous, mysterious boy who so happens to be the town's newes

I picked up this book because the cover was captivating and once I read the back I had to have it. Once I hear about a love triangle I have to read the book (It's just the way I am). The red and black against the white looked awesome (as my Red, White and Black room will when it's painted!). Although couple on the front weren't the most attractive :/

The book opens with the main character Faye (whose name I love) taking a picture of the early snow when her best friend Liz points out new guy Lucas

My friend showed me this book at school so I borrowed it from the library .I must say this book is one of my top 5 books I've ever read.

This story is like a real love triangle for Faye as the conflict with her emotions for Lucas and Finn get in many situations for her. This story is a real twist the deeper you reed in the story the more knowledge that Faye will find out about her pass. As the story goes on Lucas and Finn find out many secrets that their parents have been hiding from them as the

I really liked this books, it got to the point where I thought it would become predictable but it went in the opposite direction, I liked the writing style but I would have liked if there was a clearer distinction between the changing narrators. It confused me to begin with. I really liked Finn's character, I just thought he was the adorable side of everything. I liked the epilogue and although I would have liked a little more on Faye and Finn and Liz and Jimmy and the rest of the crew, I think ...more

This book blew my mind away! I never expected what I read from this book! When I saw the Stardoll logo I thought it would be a kiddy book, but i guess you can't judge a book by it's cover. When I saw the Wolf and the title the image of werewolves instantly clicked in my mind. I knew it would be about werewolves but I thought it would be silly, like Wizards of Waverly Place. But boy I was shocked! By the middle I couldn't put it down, I remember reading late into the night and being shattered in ...more
