Daniel has to go live with his aunt after his parents disappear. He refers to his aunt as Aunt Severe because that is how she dresses and acts. One day he finds himself face to face with 4 young dragons who lead him on the adventure of his life.

An unstressful chapter book read, with cute dragons, a nice Eva Ibbotson/Bertie Wooster-type aunt, ditzy baddies and sweet boy. Nice for night-time read aloud, as each chapter is just the right length and ends at a little cliff.
