I loved everything about this 'feel good' romance. The H/H were characters you could care about and respect, and had tons of sexual chemistry. The plot, about a former Marine and now security specialist haunted by war and his past, and a smart, savvy, young businesswoman who grew up in luxury but managed not to be spoiled, was interesting and moved along at a good pace. What a sweet and sexy love story by Janelle Denison. "Wild For Him" is the story of a strong, quiet hero and a vibrant heroine coming into her own. It's full of Denison's hot and sensual love scenes with the added bonus of a great HEA. Who could pass that up?

I really loved this book! It had everything I love in a novel. Romance, friendship, danger, suspense and hot chemistry (sex) makes this book a keeper on my shelf.

Thought this romantic suspense had a lot of potential, but it fell short of captivating my interest. The characters were both neat individuals that grew nicely as the story developed. Both were very likable. But, there was very little suspense in this book though it has the bodyguard theme. At one point, I just wished SOMETHING would happen that would hook me to the book. As it was, I could have easily put this one down and not thought another minute about the characters or the plot.

I read a lot of erotic romance, and while there are a few staggeringly good writers in the genre (Selena Kitt pops to mind) I don't generally jump in expecting Baudelaire. Still I expect reasonably well crafted prose, and simply cannot lose myself in the story when words are misused, sentences lack subject verb agreement, prose is consistenly purple, and words are simply made up. This was another fun, easy read despite a couple of weak moments for the hero. I found it more sensual than some erotic romances I've read and while I was slow to take to the Wilde books, they kinda grew on me. (I enjoyed Scott Wilde's romance with Ashley St Claire in The Wilde Side which I read just before Wild For Him.) Yes, I read all the Wilde books out of order but Denison was a new author for me so I didn't have a clue what her books were like or that it was a series.

This was a great book to read. It has great characters that you can't help but love. Ben is an ex Marine and has some past issues to deal with. Christine is the daughter of a man who is running for political office. As Ben discovers she is not the spoiled rich girl but a down to earth woman who just wants to have a normal life. Good story I enjoyed it very much.
Enjoyed this romance even though it was a typical girl in danger thing with the hero 'protecting' her. It was well written and I sympathized with the characters. I enjoy this author's work, while I will read her books should I find them and know I will have an entertaining story this one was that all so typical heroine in danger, hero saves her theme.
Pese a que sus principales se hacen querer el problema de esta autora son los secundarios caricatura y las, muchas veces, forzadas situaciones que lastran el relato y le quitan verosimilitud. Pese a todo este libro es un 24/7 bodyguard entretenido y sin pretensiones.
First book I have read by Janelle. I loved it! I will be getting more!! Another great author to add to my already loaded book shelf!
People of different classes can still find love. Great suspense and even greater love. The Wilde family is still around and growing.
God can this woman write... I know that all the plots are pretty much the same but who doesn't want to read about a big strong man coming in to save an independent woman who can tame a wild mans heart. I LOVE THEM ALL!

I love Denison's books...but this one was a rare miss for me. From an obvious red herring/villian plot to the lackluster main characters to a ridiculous error (governor of Chicago, seriously?!), it just didn't work for me.
Really should have been called "Wilde" for him since this is part of the Wilde series. Ben Cabrera (partner of Joel Wilde) has been hired as a bodyguard for Christine (Christy) Delacroix after her father, Governor Nathan Delacroix, receives threats if he doesn't drop out of his race for re-election. Usually, the female lead fights the alpha male because she doesn't think she needs a bodyguard ..., but that is not the case here. I'm giving this one 4 stars instead of 3 1/2 partly because the h/h were both so likeable, and because I really do enjoy Janelle Denison's writing. She really knows how to create an intense hero and great h/h chemistry, which I love. I found myself skimming through some parts, and I wasn't totally engrossed like I am with books I love. This was a little predictable but still a good read, and I did make it to the end, unlike some of the books I've read lately.

This was one of her better books. She actually let the chemistry build a little bit longer, which was nice. I liked both of the main characters too. She never writes anything too deep or profound but I like them for quick reads.
I have read some so-so reviews for this book, but I enjoyed it. It didn't make me smarter, but it entertained me and I love that.
This book was alright. It wasn't a WOW, but it wasn't uber boring either.
A very hot book. Very explicit sex scenes. ;)
